Custom WordPress websites for Malaysian SMEs, NGOs, and corporate teams that need more than a theme install: structured content your staff can edit, the integrations your business already depends on, and a site that stays fast and secure after launch.
Who this is for
Businesses that have outgrown a template site, or that need several kinds of content (projects, products, events, news, staff, branches) managed by people who are not developers. It also suits organisations that need membership, donation, or booking features on the same site as their public pages.
If you only need a single landing page and never plan to edit it, a simpler build may be enough. That is worth saying up front, and it is covered during discovery.
What gets built
- Corporate and multi-section CMS sites with clear page structures and reusable sections
- Custom post types and fields (ACF or JetEngine) so projects, listings, or announcements are entered once and displayed consistently
- Editor workflows in Elementor or the block editor, set up so staff can update content without breaking the layout
- Membership, donation, booking, and form features, using proven plugins where they fit and custom plugins where they do not
- Multilingual content for English and Bahasa Melayu audiences
- Performance work: caching, image optimisation, Cloudflare in front of the server, and cleanup of heavy plugins
- Security hardening: updates, least-privilege admin accounts, two-factor login, backups, and malware cleanup when a site is already infected
- Technical SEO from launch: clean URLs, JSON-LD structured data, XML sitemaps, and redirects from the old site
Published WordPress work
- Lion Group: corporate website for an industrial conglomerate, built for performance and ongoing content updates
- Creative Wings: event platform with registration, schedules, speaker profiles, and ticketing
- Malaysian Nature Society: NGO platform with donations, memberships, and campaign content
- Rose Hall: event-venue website for halls, weddings, catering, and corporate booking enquiries
- KESEDAR: government portal with accessibility requirements and public announcements
- AGD Sports: football league platform with registrations, fixtures, standings, and news, built on JetEngine
- Jetson Group, Tan Ming, Irshad, and Force Engineering International: corporate and property websites
Rebuilds and rescues
Many projects start with an existing WordPress site that is slow, hacked, or hard to edit. The first step is a review of the theme, plugins, hosting, and content. Sometimes the right answer is to fix what is there; sometimes a rebuild is cheaper over three years. You get the reasoning in writing before any quote. See redesign or full rebuild and fixing a slow WordPress site for how that decision is made.
Tools and hosting
WordPress, PHP, MySQL, WooCommerce, Elementor, JetEngine, and ACF on the site side; Cloudflare, cPanel or Linux servers, and GitHub for delivery. Hosting can stay with your current provider if it is adequate, or move to a better-suited one with your accounts in your own name.
How a project runs
- Discovery. Goals, users, constraints, and the workflows that must work on day one. Send what you have on WhatsApp or the quote form; a short call follows if the scope needs it.
- Scope and quote. A written, custom quotation with assumptions and exclusions listed. No fixed packages, so you are not paying for pages or features you do not need.
- Build and launch. Work happens on a staging copy you can review before anything goes live. Launch includes redirects, analytics, and a final check of forms and payments.
- Support. Handover of every account and credential, plus maintenance, security checks, and backups if you want them after launch.
What you own at the end
The domain, hosting, admin accounts, and code are registered to your business, not to the developer. You get the logins on handover, so another developer can pick the project up later if they need to.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom WordPress website cost?
Asyraf Digital does not publish package prices. Each site is quoted after the pages, content types, integrations, and editing needs are clear. The WordPress cost guide on this site explains typical market ranges and what pushes a quote up or down.
Can you take over a WordPress site another developer built?
Yes. The site is reviewed first: theme, plugins, hosting, and any custom code. You then get a written recommendation to maintain, fix, or rebuild, with the reasons, before any work is quoted.
Will my staff be able to update the site themselves?
That is a design goal from the start. Content types and editor layouts are set up so staff edit text, images, and listings without touching the page structure, and a short walkthrough is part of handover.
Do you use page builders like Elementor?
When they suit the people editing the site, yes. Elementor and JetEngine are used on several published builds. For content-heavy sites, custom post types and fields keep things consistent and faster to load.
